How much does a business diagnostic cost?
The diagnostic costs €950 for 1–20 employees, €1,450 for 21–50 and €2,450 for 51–100, excluding VAT. For 101 or more employees, the price is on request. Prices cover one business location; the scope is confirmed during the Bottleneck call.
What does the diagnostic include?
Every diagnostic includes an on-site analysis, a report with prioritised improvements and a discussion of the findings. Estimated impact and assumptions are explained. The precise scope, timing and payment terms are agreed beforehand.
Does ETTAI implement the improvements?
Rachid can support the implementation of process improvements, digitalisation and AI. Implementation is quoted separately and is not included in the diagnostic price.
What does the Bottleneck call cost, and which languages are available?
The Bottleneck call has no charge and lasts 20 minutes. It is available in Dutch, French or English. We review your bottleneck, your figures and whether a diagnostic makes sense.
What does the Pulse Calculator measure?
The calculator produces an estimate locally in your browser from your inputs. Time savings, potentially avoidable expenses, revenue opportunities and released working capital remain separate. Its score is an internal attention index for one issue, not a validated assessment of overall business health.
