The Pulse Check
Calculations run in your browser. The calculator does not send your inputs or results to ETTAI and does not save them in cookies or local storage. Inputs may remain temporarily in browser memory. The download button saves a text file on your device at your request.
Email, contact and appointments
You choose whether to contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or through the booking link. The selected service processes your contact details and submitted content. ETTAI uses Lunacal for online scheduling. When you open the booking link, Lunacal processes technical usage data. When you book, Lunacal processes the information you enter, the selected time and appointment details. The appointment is connected to ETTAI’s Google Calendar to check availability, prevent double bookings and create the calendar event. Lunacal and Google process this data under their own privacy terms. The email summary button passes results to your email app only after your explicit choice; you choose the recipient and send the message yourself. This does not authorise marketing emails.
Purpose and legal basis
ETTAI processes the data you provide to answer your enquiry, prepare a call or assignment and deliver an agreed service. For requests concerning an assignment, the basis is taking steps towards or performing a contract. For other correspondence, we rely on our legitimate interest in handling it. Mandatory administration is based on a legal obligation.
Hosting and visitor statistics
Cloudflare provides hosting, delivery and security. Technical data such as IP address, visited pages and timestamps may be processed. The existing live site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for visits and performance. According to Cloudflare, this measurement uses no analytics cookies, local storage or fingerprinting. The calculator does not send it answers or results. No advertising trackers have been added. Cloudflare may use necessary security cookies depending on protection settings.
Recipients and external services
Cloudflare and providers needed for email and telephone services may process data. If you choose WhatsApp, WhatsApp/Meta is also involved under its own privacy terms. These services may process data outside the European Economic Area. You can request information about providers and applicable safeguards from us. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Contact messages are kept as long as necessary to follow up your enquiry or assignment and handle possible disputes. Administrative data is retained for the period required by applicable legal obligations. The calculator itself has no customer database or stored results.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it. Contact info@ettai.be. You may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
